Ruben sim roblox youtuber sued by roblox for 1.6 Million in damages , Ruben responded
A ROBLOX YOUTUBER WHO IS CURRENTLY SUED BY THE ROBLOX CORPORATION
WHO IS DEMANDING ALL OF THE MONEY HE EVER MADE FROM YOUTUBE AND PATREON,
THAT ALL OF HIS SOCIAL MEDIA  ACCOUNTS WILL BE DELETED ,
THAT ALL OF HIS ROBLOX VIDEOS WILL BE DELETED , 
AND THAT HE PAYS ROBLOX 1.6 MILLION DOLLARS
PLUS ATTORNEY FEES
PLUS INTREST
PLUS WHATEVER ELSE IT CAN COME UP WITH IN COURT
TO NAME A FEW THINGS

Out of all roblox players have done horrible things
They complaint details a mountain of accusations against him
Even claiming that he was responsible for a temporary shutdown
of their Developers confrence earlier this year Kreekcraft:"Roblox sues youtuber sim for temporarily
shutting down the 2021 Roblox Developer's Conference with a fake terrorist threat."
A Lot of people took this compaint at face value and actully belve everything
roblox accuses him of
business insider tried to reach for comment and they responded with
Roblox:"The filling speaks for itself , we have nothing further to add"
the filing certainly does speak for itself 
it starts of right of the bat calling him a leader of a cybermob
this sounds so dystopian
roblox claims here that he broke the terms of service... out of the platform
In spite of all the child predator that roblox has ignored because they only
groom kids on discord
he in trouble , for off-platform behavior
they state that he tweeted an image of one of their openly gay
staff members which has been photoshopped to depict him n**e
thats horrible
why would he ever do that?

roblox hired a social media manager while he was running..

which was completly public

a fetish p*** blog showing

this social medie manager wasn't just an anonymous roblox employee
he was an e-celeb making regular on their company's live stream
the next level
and he thought that it would be a good idea while working at roblox
as their social media manager to post n****

on (RESTRICTED) where where anyone could see them could see them
i don't know about all of you guys but that seems a little beet you know
disturbing
he didn't photoshop anything he didn't have to
yep the calim that he depicted him n***

he even added the tag desert meaning
everyone on *RESTRICTED* lookin up desert could have seen this
he has a right to ridicule someone when does something stupid..
he does not have the right ... to accuse people of things they've never done
to scare them into legal settlement because they can't afford to go trial
why is he the only one being sued for off-platform behavior
when he has made videos on his very channel critivizing
roblox for doing next to nothing
when child predators groom their users over discord
one of their own professional developers was featured
in a people make games video
sexting a 12 year old girl while while he was 24(Child predator feature)
"the person you're about to hear speak is sarah , not her real name , when sarah first met a doc
in a discord server doc was 24 and he knew that sarah was 12"
He was twice this girls age and even went as far to offer to sneak her out of her house
and take her to a motel to r**e her and
he is still the lead developer for a game that roblox is hosting on their website right now
The discord server where he meets these girls is still linked on the games page
over a year ago ruben sim brought this to roblox's attention
developer of relations team and this guy straight up told ruben
since the screenshot was taken at discord it is considered off-site
and is not directly punishable by roblox

Trust and safety finally decided to ban..
one of this guy'saccounts
and it wasn't even the account that owned the game
ruben showed screenshots like him(the child predator 2)saying things like
"DoctorRofantil isn't even my biggest source of income"
And
"I Didn;t own the group though, so that's not an issue"
He even said that his game revenue is almost tripled after he was exposed
as a p***p****
and tweeted a screenshot of over 15 thousand dollars from roblox
after he had been banned
ruben showed all of this to roblox
and gave the number of the girls mom(phone)
and you know what ruben was told?
"i doubt roblox would reach out directly to her , she would need to contact roblox first"
This is how little roblox cares about roblox's own players..
if you have a child that gets groomed on this platform...
it up to you to do something because they will not lift a finger to help you..
ruben ended up filing a report with his local police department
about this guy..
here's the problem
ruben has no idea who he is.
the only people that have this guy's personal information is roblox
they are  the only ones who can identify him to law enforcement and from
and from what we all understung , they haven't done that
becuase if they had , this guy would be in jail
while ruben was editing his video for responses
the group that this developer was using to host..
his games along with the game themselves were contect deleted
was it because roblox finnaly acknowledged that the guy owner is a child predator?
no , Sega , the company that owns the sonic trade mark
filed a DMCA TAKE DOWN Request
over copyright infringement
Sega , Has taken more of an initiative to get this guy off the platform
than roblox themselves.
Roblox ignored all Requests from their own users to have this game taken down
and it wasn't until another company came knocking
that they finnaly took action and ruben forgot to mention something earlier
but the groupholder account was actully deleted last year
this is important because the group owner is the only one that can access funds
made from the groups games
by making the group funds inaccessible
they remove the predator's main incentive
for staying on the platform
the only problem is..
They unbanned this account months later

About people people injuring their users.. why would they do that?
Why would they go out of their way to restore the account 
of someone they know is a child predator
and then try to sue one of the only people(Ruben sim) Willing to talk about it
The filing speaks for it self , and for the integrity and values of the corporation behind it
